So many people resist the dark days they experience in their lives, but let me tell you this; if it wernt for those dark days, you wouldnt be able to experience the light!
There are only two ways to live in this world, and that is either in alignment with your truth or out of alignment with your truth, there is no inbetween. From moment to moment we shift and sort of oscilatte from being who we truly are, and sometimes falling down in vibration to experience that which we are not; but verily I say unto thee that both are equally as valid as eachother!
How could one see the beautiful, clear and pristine gates of heaven without experiencing the firey depths of hell first? And I dont mean suffering, because we do not have to suffer in order to change on a conscious level, I am just saying just as we can only see the flame that surrounds a candle shine at its brightest when its enveloped in darkness, so too do we behold the immortal joy that resides in our souls when we experience that which we are not first.
Living out of alignment is the contrast needed in order for you to see who you are, thats all the experience of holding false beliefs and definitions was ever for. You dont have to suffer and carry the cross on your back forever…you simply have to befriend the contrast by working with it and not against it.
Whenever you see that you are clearly not in alignment with who you know deep, in your heart of hearts you truly are, then you ask yourself, why? Question the beliefs that are hijacking the windows of your perception in that moment…Are the beliefs yours? Or did you gobble them up from the minds other people are you were growing up? If you are operating from anything other than your own belief systems, then you not being the individual that the infinite planned you to become, you are becoming a cog in the mechanism of a society that is quite frankly sick.

Everything is perfect ultimately because on a soul level we chose who we would be born to, where we would be born and whom we would share our lives with; so its not about resenting or pointing the fingers at other people, its about seeing how its all perfect and how much easier your life becomes when you dont resist the natural flow of it. There are no accidents, the darkness you experience is there to enable you to see the light of your being shine at its brighest, so use it, befriend it, and integrate it into your being.

Jesus told us to "resist not evil" and this is exactly is what he means. Work with EVERYTHING that appears in your life, because each moment is an amazing oppurtunity to become more and more of who you prefer to be. Each moment of darkenss is a gift, as are the challenges that come with it.
