Heh …
She needs to take a chill pill. Put your hands down lady. High Magick huh? Well maybe by her terminology. She's spitting out one popular term du jour after another so I'm not that impressed. If her past experiences led her to this place and she's truly happy then Blessed be … but really???
Here is an interesting intro to a web article:
I am a Christian Witch. I know what you are thinking. How can this be? Isn't that a contradiction? For me, it is not. It is very clear and makes perfect sense.
First you need to understand that when I say that I am a Christian, I am not the kind of Christian you have likely ever heard of. I follow the teachings of Gnostic Christianity. For those who are unfamiliar, it is a more metaphysical form of Christianity – one that was branded heretical by the Roman church and all but wiped out nearly two thousand years ago.
My bible is the Nag Hammadi library found in caves in Nag Hammadi, Egypt in 1945. I also follow the teachings of the New Testament. As for the Old Testament – that stuffy tribute to the Jewish warrior god Yahweh, I look on the texts with amusement.

Hi Logos.
The article you put in is interesting. I, too, follow the Nag Hamadi – as I know many others on the site do as well. But what this author is describing is not Christianity. It is heretical, the author is right on that point. And it does fall in with those who practice Hermetics. But the author's statement on the Jewish tradition also goes against the idea of Gnostism that the author claims for themselves. After all, one of the biggest points in Gnostism is the use of the Quaballah. A distinctly Jewish/Hebrew point of reference for Gnostic beliefs. Are all these people just trying to mix the wrong drinks together because they don't know that they flavor will taste like crap?
Oxymoron
I saw that on youtube as well and i left that one alone, however I could not stop myself from commenting on one that a lady was saying that witches were to blame for the ill feelings and bad things that were happening at her church. She basically was saying that witches infultrate churches to cause havoc.
Sorry,Being a Christian and Witch from my perspective is an impossibility.I have in my lifetime saw(saw dosen't sound right but stands for now-lol) many who claim this.I will personally never accept it and you can call me small minded, but I'm definetely not changing my opinion on that one ever.Personally I feel like anyone one can be or claim to be whatever they want, but when your making videos and putting them out on youtube you should be aware that I'm going to have questions and comments and when it comes to spreading outright lies and deceitfulness about people, whether Pagan/Wiccan/Atheist or anything else I'm going to probably not be nice about it either.
You may say what gives me the right to judge, when you cause harm to a group of people simply out of hate I will then act because Iam a defender/activist,it is how I was born and have always been.
Bottom line, this woman can bugger off(my thoughts anyway)

Hi
My own thoughts on it are like this:
1) She doesn't know much about Witchcraft if she's doing this idea. All Witches I know of acceept a multi-god system. They may choose one God/Goddess for themselves personally, but they still accept the idea of other Gods regardless. Christians are the exact opposite of this. Christians – even the moderate ones – only accept one God. Based on this fact alone, the 2 philosophies are incompatible.
2) If she's a Witch, then why doesn't she have an opinion on the Christian church brutally torturing and murdering Witches (and otherr beliefs) for 600 years? Its like a rape victim going back to her rapist for more. It doesn't make sense in my mind.
Anyway, that's my own thoughts on it.
