Strange Bodily Experiences

So about 2 weeks ago I was outdoors working and it had been a hot day so I decided to go into town and grab a sixer to have when I was ready to relax. I am on my way into town when my forhead began to feel like it was burning which followed by my neck and up from my root chakra too my heart chakra. I started feeling as if I was high, tense and slightly uneasy so I quickly finished what I was doing and returned home. Upon return I found I had no desire to speak or work but just stare at the surrounding flora and fauna as it was now very vivid and the greens were magnified. I decided I would just chill out since I have no clue what is going on and I am stone sober. The feeling of being very high last all night and the heat I felt early on seems to reside in my neck just below my skull.

About 2 – 3 days later..

My family comes down and we go out to a local spot to swim when on the way my fingers begin to feel electric and tingly. I feel light headed as if I am high and as if my eyes were dialated I enjoy watching the trees pass by and a sense of excitement rushes over me. The feeling begins to grow very intense and that is when I say (in my mind) " I feel you ". It is at that moment that the light headedness and the tingling dissipate through my feet and my hands feel slightly numb and clamy but I am no longer feeling as I was.

These feelings have come and gone but the above accounts are the most intense feelings or moments I have experienced.

Any thoughts as to what I may be going through would be great as I am curious
