I was recently going through some hard times. Even though these hard times were happening, I was optimistic my chosen Deity would see me through them. I was not disappointed. She came through wonderfully. I feel that when our various Deities (whichever Deity we each may have chosen for ourselves) does in fact help us out in a manner that we like, that does not make us excempt from saying 'Thank you' to them. Accordingly, I decided to do a 'Thank' offering tonight during the Full Moon. But I found when I was trying to write something up, that it was proving difficult. So I did some meditation, and asked my Goddess to tell me how She wanted this to go. This was how I decided to say thanks. Then I went to bed. That's when a dream occured. I woke up at 3 am and wrote it down, and am now posting it as the final step of my offering. Thanks to all here. Peace.
Mind Your Step
Mind you step as you make your way
In this world of Sacred sand
Picture an angel with Her charcoal wings
With a long slow smile she welcomes you in
And she's dancing in the low light
Sweat dripping down like dew
Scratching metal from a sword leaving stone
And it comes to rest to guard Her from the back of the room.
Fire – rising up from inside
Rhythm – from a Resonator Steel
Mercy – delivered at midnight
While She points straight up to the sky at Ezekiel's Wheel.
Some like to call Her "Rosebud"
Some like to call Her "Queen"
Her kisses go straight to your head like whiskey
Feels like bootleg love with the stockings rolled down
People smile when the wolves start to howl
Howling like a runaway train
Breaks the levee down like a high flooding river
Till I felt the burning silver running through my veins like fire.
Fire – rising up from the inside
Rhythm – from a Resonator Steel
Mercy – delivered at midnight
While She points straight up to the sky at Ezekiel's Wheel.
Mind your step as you make your way
In this world of Sacred sand
She says She's no use for Enochian Way
"Why have a language designed to stand alone?
Segregation breeds out new slaves
Till the country's all need to atone"
The sword that was resting in the back of the room
Comes to stand above Her waiting for you to move.
Fire- rising up from the inside
Rhythm – from a Resonator Steel
Mercy – delivered at midnight
While She points straight up to the sky at Ezekiel's Wheel.
Mind you step as you make your way…….

Thanks …
… for sharing this Dig. May Inanna, the Queen of Heaven always lighten your load!
Thank You
When I first discovered the craft I had a very strong connection with the Goddess. I would meditate and I could feel her presence. Funnily enough in the Kabbalah and judaic christian theology the "holy spirit" is a feminine energy. I still hold the goddess dear to my heart.
🙂
I'm so very happy things worked out for you Digger!!!

OM NAMAH SHIVAYA
Namaḥ Śivāya is the most holy name of God Śiva, recorded at the very center of the Vedas and elaborated in the Śaiva Agamas.
Na is the Lord's concealing grace, Ma is the world, Śi stands for Śiva, Va is His revealing grace, Ya is the soul. The five elements, too, are embodied in this ancient formula for invocation. Na is earth, Ma is water, Śi is fire, Vā is air, and Ya is ether, or Ākāśa. Many are its meanings.
Namaḥ Śivaya has such power, the mere intonation of these syllables reaps its own reward in salvaging the soul from bondage of the treacherous instinctive mind and the steel bands of a perfected externalized intellect. Namaḥ Śivāya quells the instinct, cuts through the steel bands and turns this intellect within and on itself, to face itself and see its ignorance. Sages declare that mantra is life, that mantra is action, that mantra is love and that the repetition of mantra, japa, bursts forth wisdom from within.
