I often see people with low self esteem and it is written all over them. By the way they walk, talk, present themselves. You can even see the sadness in their eyes.

Now and again we need to cleanse our mind body and soul. 

Esoteric Cleansing

Here are some tips to cleanse in an esoteric way.

I pray for the families of the children that have had their lives taken from them

I pray that they feel the presence of god during their time of need

I pray that the person who murdered these children is found and justice is served

May their divine spark fly to the highest point in the heavens - Amen
