Be mindful of your health today and do not let others use you for their own benefit or try to foist their burdens upon you. You alone are responsible for what you allow. The benefits of protection are always found in emotional control. If you find yourself experiencing a period of difficulty which is painful, be honest and stick with the experience. As you work through the issue, look around and evaluate what your part in creating the discomfort truly is. Are you shooting yourself in the foot without realizing it? Watch for new interests, but use your good judgment when pursuing them.

For some every day is laced with discord and strife and for most it seems the world is spinning out of control. People are shutting down more and more. Hating one another because of political differences or belief systems runs rampant and it doesn't look as though it will be going away soon. These are the times to remember who you really are and pull yourself up by the bootstraps and without sounding cliche clean your house with a swift broom. Putting yourself in good order is the first step in fighting and not running. There are None Noble Virtues known to the Vikings - people who never gave up or backed down. Applying these to daily life - your life - can help you stand in adverse times. It is time to do the work.
