I belong to a vast online Pagan community and in several IRL communities where I reside. I was invited to Light Force Network by a friend who has been here for two years and spoke of it highly so I decided to join based on her recommendation not knowing quite what to expect. I have done all sorts of spiritual studies in my life and I have to say that this site is a treasure trove of information and help that suit my needs perfectly since I am one of those ‘egghead’ Pagans. The administrative team here has been invaluable to me and has always taken the time to point me in the right direction in my subject searches (a special thank you to Antara and Logos for their generous time and knowledge). Observation has shown me that many paths converge here and I am thoroughly enjoying my stay here. I have met some highly scholarly fellow Pagans and generally awesome high-spirited people here on LFN. Thanks also go to Lady Orleans and Eshu, both Yoruba shamans for their insight into the ways and means of historic culture of which I was unaware and to Jacob Weiskopfh Ph.D. for his vast insight into esoteric philosophies. Of course, a special shout out to my friend Aradia for bringing awareness of LFN to me.
One of my staple helping tools is my deck of Psycards. I have other decks as well but this one seems to work the best for me. On occasions when I am doing something new or about to do something new I like to consult them for an internal reading. Naturally I was interested in what surrounded myself in joining here. I will do a quick share of my 3 card reading:
The Light Force Network in my draw was signified by the HOME card. This is one of the most joyful cards and auspicious cards in the deck! I would be able to get to my ‘roots’ here via my studies into the history of Paganism amongst other things. Certainly I feel welcome and at home here.
The card representing my personal challenges is THE STARS. This indicates my path and shows me that no matter what path I am on, there are more opportunities I can grasp in connection to that path. This card strongly suggests a new cycle of life and an acceptance of changing phases and new skills to be acquired if I can stay out of my own way which has always been a problem for me since I am a stubborn little cuss. <grin>
The future was represented by THE TREE. The TREE represents wisdom and knowledge in all forms. It bespeaks of the strength of vital energy which is needed to force action into growth. As I feed the ‘roots’ so strongly will my tree grow and branch out. I may lop off a branch or two of old understanding which only leads to fuller growth. I will obviously be cropping myself. <double grin> There are four keywords associated with this card – FRIENDSHIP*SKILLS*SAGE*MESSAGE. <triple grin>
The number of these cards are 7, 22 and 23. This adds up to 52 which breaks down to 7. According to Jeanne author of NUMEROLOGY, Spiritual Light Vibrations the 52/7 in a nutshell means:
Destruction and Rebuilding …
Lesson: To face and balance changes experienced to rebuild for the next cycle. Allow yourself the opportunity to go to your Higher Spiritual Teacher and ask for inner guidance and direction. There will be no charted course and you will need to follow your own original and inventive ideas to create a path you can understand.
The ultimate goal of the number 7 is silence and perfection. The vibration of the number 7 is the energy that has come to a time to go within and discover the Inner Wisdom and laws of the higher Spiritual Plane. The 7 is never satisfied until he scan link the known with the unknown. This leads him into a great deal of investigation, research and analysis.
The number 7 is also representative of the Seven Sisters of the Pleiades of which I have a particular fondness.
SCORE!!!!
Blessed be everyone!
PS I will be inviting more friends.
