As translated by S.D. Maheshwari, personal assistant to Sant Sat Guru Babuji Maharaj of the Agra Satsang.
Kabir:
There nectar is dripping and filling up the lake, and celestial Shabd is resounding. There an overflowing river dries up the ocean! How can it be described? (1)
There are neither the moon, the sun and the stars; nor is there night. (2)
Harp, flute and guitar are being played. Melodious sound of Rarankar is audible. (3)
There is illumination of millions of lights or flames. It is raining but not water. (4)
Shiva, Brahma, Vishnu, Indra and Sarda only make guess as to what He is. (5)
The ten incarnations of Brahm instinctively sing sweet praises of Him. (6)
Kabir says that these secrets are known to some rare ones only. (7)
Those who know the secrets will not again come to the region of Kal, the unjust and cruel. (8)
Tulsi Sahib of Hathras:
An ascetic who establishes contact with Shabd is truly a Sadh. After crossing Sunn and Maha-sunn he hears the Shabd of Sat Lok. (1)
When the Surat-disciple meets the Shabd-guru, the path will be traversed. (2)
The disciple sees within himself the Akash (sky) which is like an inverted well, and merges his Surat in it. (3)
He hears the Shabd resounding in Gagan and breaks open the sky., i.e., penetrates it. (4)
He bathes where the Ganga, the Jamuna and the Saraswati meet, which constitute Triveni. (5)
The region of Sunn or Daswan Dwar cannot be attained by Yoga and Gyan. (6)
On getting the durbeen (telescope) from Sat Purush, the devotee arrives at the destination. (7)
The drop merges in the Ocean and becomes one with IT. (8
Paltu Saheb:
I tell you of the beginning and the end, which I have seen with my own eyes. The path is unknown to all. But he who follows a Sant will get across Trikuti.(1)
He will be given a clear cut description of the path by which he will reach the inaccessible city (region). (2)
On the left is the moon, on the right is the sun. In between is Sukhmana current. Surat has to flow along it. (3)
Sohang Sohang is resounding in (Sunn Chaitanya Mandal, spirit-sphere). That is the source of Shabd. (4)
Beyond the three states of wakefulness, dream and sound sleep (Jagrit, Swapna and Sushupti), is the fourth state of Turiya, the region of which is above the third Til in Sahas-dal-kanwal. He who has access there is an awakened adept. He is in a state of Samadhi (absorption). (5)
Those who have not attained the status of a Jogi, are either on the Ingla (current on the left) or on the Pingla (current on the right). (6)
Sat Guru does not descend below the third Til or the sixth Chakra, which is the limit or boundary of Pind Desh. The chela (isciple) who follows Sat guru, crosses the limit, i.e., crosses Pind and secures ingress to Brahmand and beyond. (7)
By mental repetition of the Holy Word (a preliminary mode of Surat Shabd Yoga), dualism, i.e., the plane of the two eyes will be crossed. Thereafter, anubhava (intuition) will be awakened, and Surat (spirit)
