We all have an inner Dragon. It is primal and coiled resting deep within ready to help us blaze the trail of our evolutionary journey.
The Dragon is completely fearless masculine energy. It seeks out fear – your fear. It wants you to push away all self limitations, expand boundaries, break down barriers --- eat and drink in the fullness of life with a voracious appetite.
Why have you suppressed him? How can you heal him so he will manifest and help you towards maximum evolutionary transformation?
The first lesson of the Healing Dragon is that we can never heal ourselves until we remove the toxic garbage we store in our unconscious mind.
The second lesson of the Healing Dragon is that we can heal ourselves by removing the toxic garbage we have stored in our unconscious mind.
The third lesson of the Healing Dragon is that if we can heal ourselves, we can help any other person heal him or herself as well. Unconditional love heals everything.
To perform the Dragon Breath you must become very comfortable. Release constricting clothing and jewelry. Sit, recline or lay down in a comfortable position on a comfortable support. You will be breathing through two nostrils and your mouth during this process - in other words - inhale (breath in air) deeply through your nostrils and exhale (breath out) explosively and completely through your mouth.
Breath in slowly and deeply. Relax completely and pause in your breathing as the Healing Dragon Energy burns up your unnecessary garbage stored deep within you. During this pause, you open your mouth in a relaxed manner. Then you exhale explosively and completely through your mouth as you blow out negative energy and released toxins. Do this as silently and as peacefully as possible but explosively and completely.
Practice this technique for one minute for three days. For the next three days, practice for two minutes. Add one additional minute for the third three days. Practice three minutes every day until you can peacefully and calmly use the Healing Dragon Breath for the full three minutes. You may find you can accomplish this in less than three times three days and there is no glory or shame in doing this. In our experience anybody can learn to do the Healing Dragon Breath for three minutes in three times three (nine) practice sessions.
This is because three and three times three is the power number as and three times three is the power number associated with the Path of the Healing Dragon. Anything done three times or in three different ways is very powerful Healing Dragon energy.
Three is the esoteric number of the Healing Dragon Path.
Three is the esoteric number of the Healing Dragon Breath.
We breathe in Divine love, forgiveness and acceptance; pause to burn garbage, toxins and negative energy; and exhale any remaining negative energy, garbage residue and negative energy.
As you gain proficiency with the Healing Dragon Breath, let your mind wander down into your deepest levels. This will automatically happen when you take three Healing Dragon Breaths. The first part of the Healing Dragon Technique is to take three deep Healing Dragon Breaths. If you want, you can think thoughts like: What don't I accept about myself? as you do these three Healing Black Dragon Breaths. Then breathe normally but deeply and relaxed. Do the three Healing Black Dragon Breaths then close your mouth and breathe normally through your nose but deeply while remaining completely relaxed.
While remaining completely relaxed and breathing deeply, think about yourself and the things you've done in your life. Almost immediately you'll remember something you don't want to remember. Relax and let this memory of how you don't accept yourself play itself out. This may be temporarily emotionally painful. Let it play out.
When you reach the point where you've remembered everything you want to remember, return to doing the Healing Dragon Breath. As you breathe in, tell yourself you're a Child of the Divine and you made a mistake. As you pause briefly in your breathing, tell yourself you forgive yourself for this mistake. As you explosively exhale, release all these feelings of not accepting yourself and all the toxins that accumulated around this bad decision and forgive yourself. Let it go. It's done. Let it all go during three Healing Dragon Breaths.
Then relax and breathe normally but deeply. Allow the healing energy created by the Healing Dragon Breath heal you as you accept, forgive and love yourself. Feel the Divine Healing Energy (Dragon Healing) permeate your body as the Healing Dragon Breath transmutes the negative feelings you had toward yourself into acceptance, forgiveness and love. Feel the rest of the negative and toxic energy associated with this garbage leave your body through the Healing Dragon Breath.
Feel the load being lifted from your back as the Healing Dragon Breath destroys the negative feelings you had about you stored in your lower energy levels. Feel the release. Feel the new energy coursing through your body. Feel the healing take place and the negative and toxic energy leaves you. Feel the healing as you become filled with love, forgiveness and acceptance of yourself.
Use this technique for one or two major issues or one to three or four minor issues each Healing Dragon Breath session. Heal yourself slowly and completely day by day one day at a time.
