"I walk alone ..."
Spiritual Warriors walk among us. In most cases, we are not likely to know it - for they do not advertise their prowess openly. They are quiet and practice the Law of Silence. They do not broadcast their deeds by boasting or bragging about themselves in an attempt to dupe unsuspecting people who sadly “want to believe.” Nor are they falsely modest allowing their egos to name drop or provide hints to their feats. On the exterior they can be anyone from your neighbor to your Aunt Tilly. On the interior, they are something quite different.
This is a homage to true spirituality and the true warrior. It is a reminder to all to not fall victim to misnomers and legends laced with fantasy and untruths.
The term "Spiritual warrior" has been used in a variety of contexts and has been adopted by a variety of individuals who may not share a common understanding of the term. In general, a "Spiritual warrior" is someone who embraces the more noble personal attributes and strengths associated with warriors in general. In general, a "Spiritual warrior" is someone who masters him or her self, and overcomes personal desire, moral issues, and all weaknesses of character. In general, a "Spiritual warrior" is someone who embraces a journey of self discovery in order to benefit others as well as enlighten him or her self. Their bi-law is balance.
Spiritual Warriors are:
- Disciplined, both internally and externally. Without discipline, they could not stay alive long enough to call themselves a warrior.
- Mentally focused. No one can develop essential skills of dealing with life, protecting one's self or facing a foreboding opponent with an unfocused mind.
- Master an attitude of persistence. They have to face difficulty, pain, discomfort, discouragement, fear and the prospect of failure and utter doom without quitting. All struggle and conflict is settled in the mind before it reaches a physical resolution. If their resolve wavers, failure and defeat are certain.
- Trained through experience.
- Capable to remain detached.
“A spiritual warrior is a person that has found their inner spirit or truth and understood that in order to be a human being one has to be attuned to it at all times. This means to struggle and fight against all kinds of inner and outer obstacles. Hence spiritual peace or bliss is a result of fight, personal vigor and application of will-power. Struggling and fighting against personal and collective hindrances with utmost intention and discipline is the "innersport" of a spiritual warrior.” – P.R. Sarkar
An important requirement for Astral Battle:
Everyone goes into the astral plane every single night. The spiritual warrior who walks that realm to protect others knows to be aware of deceit. It is encountered in various forms, both subtle and obvious and is used by negative beings as a form of manipulation.
As you come in contact with dark forces, you must absolutely not project emotions onto to them, such as anger, fear, sympathy or even love. Understand that these powerful beings are composed of pure energy, and are masters at converting energy for their own use. Emotion is the prime energy with which they have manipulated and controlled people for eons. You might think sending them White light or love would soften them … White light is unconditional and therefore can be manipulated and used for various purposes. Also, be aware that Dark Forces can transform themselves into angels of Light. This can take a tremendous amount of energy on their part, but they are able to do it. As for sending them love, the non ascended human (... not everyone is ready to release all their pain and issues …) is not yet able to radiate perfect unconditional love; it always contains an element of emotion such as sympathy, desire or a touch of pain. Any such emotion can be twisted back on the projector or used to strengthen the dark one. A being can only experience that which is part of its reality, and the Dark Forces have no sense of love in theirs. To them it simply does not exist. - Passage from The Spiritual Warrior: An Interdimensional Technique Manual By Shakura Rei
Being a "Spiritual warrior" means a life commitment. It means the embrace of discipline, study and long intense training sometimes at the sacrifice of comfort and convenience. Being a Spiritual warrior also means understanding your principles and not compromising them. It is easier said than done. It is done until the warrior can say. “I now am someone I can trust.”
It must always be remembered, any manifestation of consciousness has both a positive pole and a negative pole. The positive pole is an expression of the true self or soul; the negative pole is an expression of the false self or ego. In the positive pole, persuasion, a Warrior is forceful and effective without being overbearing. In other words, respectfully persuasive, courageous and protective. In the negative pole, coercion, the Warrior descends into intimidation and brute oppression. The ends justify the means, and any approach that gets results may be perceived as useful, no matter how unpleasant for others.
Whatever must be done is done … what is done is done to combat the Universal Enemy, ignorance, the child of evil. The goal - to restore and maintain balance.
I am a Spiritual Warrior.
Love is my only sword,
Faith my only shield.
Truth my only map,
Wisdom my only commander.
I stand for all that is good,
I protect the light.
I reject all that is evil,
I conquer the darkness.
My wars are not fought on the battlefield.
Wherever there is ignorance, hatred,
suffering or fear I wage war.
Wars not fought with bombs and bullets.
Wars where blood is not spilt or lives destroyed.
Wars fought only with truth and light.
Wars where evil is conquered and darkness destroyed.
I fight for no country or army.
No leader, money or power.
I fight for the spirit of creation.
I fight to clear the way so it's love and goodness,
may once again embrace all creation.
I do all this selflessly and with humility.
I cleanse my body, temple of the creative force.
I live in harmony with all things.
I resist temptation and embrace enlightenment.
I vigilantly toil to gain knowledge and wisdom.
And above all I stand firm as a beacon in the night,
for all mankind to follow.
