Cauliflower Casserole

Do you like/love cauliflower? This recipe is great! 

You will need:

One head of Cauliflower (cut up into florets)

One can of mushroom soup

1 cup of Cheddar cheese (or other type of cheese) grated

1/2 cup of milk

1 clove garlic minced

 

Directions:

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with vegetable oil. Add soup, milk, garlic and cauliflower florets to the casserole dish then stir to mix. Then add/sprinkle the cheese. Bake for 50 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
