If you believe in karma, you will also know that karma means with every action there will be an equal and opposite reaction. You will know that however we choose to live our life, we will have to deal with karma.
Karma is energy, therefore the energy we create by an action must be returned. It cannot be avoided. Karma doesn’t wait until we pass over; it is present in our daily lives. The energy created by our actions is stored within our memories and activated, sometimes straight away, sometimes later on but always in this life.
Karma works by itself and chooses when it serves its response. We have no control over when that will happen, but karma is responsible for how we get to live our lives and how successful we will be.
Whatever happens to us, it is the result of karma being released. The more we act in accordance with how the universe expects us to act, the less suffering we shall have. Karma is an opportunity for personal and emotional growth and is something we should all work towards.
Where karma is concerned, ‘it is not that something happens to us,’ ‘it happens for us.’ In other words, through our actions we are responsible for what we get back. The decisions we make will influence karma.
Us making positive choices that concur with good practices, will soften the intensity of situations resulting from returning karma. It is therefore important that we’re conscious of the choices we make.
It is important we act in accordance with the ‘karmic rules,’ so that we live in harmony not only with ourselves, but with others also.
