Daily Theme: ALGIZ is known as the Rune of PROTECTION. How well do you control your emotions? Todays' influences may bring high and lows so it is imperative that you maintain emotional balance while facing challenges. As a Spiritual Warrior you are well aware that your greatest battle is with your Self so remain aware that right conduct action and correct conduct are your best protections. Be mindful of your health today and do not let others use you for their own benefit or try to foist their burdens upon you. You alone are responsible for what you allow. The benefits of protection are always found in emotional control. If you find yourself experiencing a period of difficulty which is painful, be honest and stick with the experience. As you work through the issue, look around and evaluate what your part in creating the discomfort truly is. Are you shooting yourself in the foot without realizing it? Watch for new interests, but use your good judgment when pursuing them.

Today, crystal practitioners and advocates should work with Amethyst (balances, eliminates impatience, anxiety and trepidation, dispels negative influences and attachments).
