Well, its been a while since I've posted anything on here, but I think I've found something worthy of saying.

I've started to notice something about North American Pagans/Witches. We're living in a vaccuum of our own creation. We are so proud of the Freedom we have to worship in our own way, that we don't see our Spiritual Brothers, Sisters, Cousins, still suffering. Nor do we seem to care.

In Medeval times there was a group called "Troubadours". They were a group of traveling mistrels of sorts. They would give people a liittle song, a little dance, some drama, and storytelling. It was the first incarnation of the 'variety show'. Today we would call them "Bards". The Troubadours would perform for nobles and peasants alike. It didn't matter to them either way.

Thank Offering to the Goddess

I was recently going through some hard times. Even though these hard times were happening, I was optimistic my chosen Deity would see me through them. I was not disappointed. She came through wonderfully. I feel that when our various Deities (whichever Deity we each may have chosen for ourselves) does in fact help us out in a manner that we like, that does not make us excempt from saying 'Thank you' to them.

his is the second installment on pet peeves of the past year. A series I began on my birthday this year based on things relating to the occult and/or the people that worship or study in an occult path. This particular blog will deal with The Freemasons. For the record....I am  personally not a Freemason, nor do I have any personal connection to them.

So today I turned 50 years old. I thought what I'd do is set up a series of blogs based on things that have become pet peeves over the past year of my life. In keeping with the site, the blogs will revolve around the occult world or the people that have beliefs in the occult to some degree. These blogs will also undoubtedly give people some insight into the way my own mind tends to work. Which I am ok with.

There are a few stories among the Hermetic Templars that have become legend over the years. One of them is the story of the hanged Templar and his Witch bride.
