When you step back from situations, your ability to foresee possible consequences prior to certain acts becomes clear and you can avoid negative outcomes. Thinking before acting allows you to anticipate better and make the right decisions. There is a saying, "More than doers, we are deciders" - once a decision has been made the doing becomes effortless. It may be a meaningful day if you can wait. Eihwaz carries the lesson that by our own actions we create our tomorrows. The traits of perseverance, tenacity and determination should be brought in to play.
